What is Voucher?How to use Voucher in-game?
The voucher can be used in the game as a substitute for cash. If you have a voucher in your account, you can choose to pay with the voucher or with cash when purchasing paid content; these two methods cannot be used at the same time.
After making a purchase, log into the game and a pop-up window will prompt you to claim your voucher. You can check your current voucher balance in your backpack or on the purchase confirmation screen.
How to find your User ID?
Log in to the game.
Once the game has loaded, tap the "Menu" button in the top right corner of the screen, and select "Settings."
The ID displayed in the Settings interface is your User ID.
If I entered the wrong User ID when placing an order, how can I do?
If you entered an existing account and the item has been delivered, then we request you to please be more cautious next time while inputting game User ID. Please unclick the "Remember Me" box below the User ID and clear your browser's cache details to prevent this happen in the future.
If you entered a non-existent account and the item has not been successfully delivered, then please visit our Help Center to provide the correct User ID, and we will assist you.
Solutions to resolve Bank card / Payment Errors
If you make multiple purchases in a single day using the same bank card, it may trigger the bank's limit, resulting in the message "Transaction failed at issuer end due to risk control. "Please try again after 24 hours or use a different payment method. Thank you for your understanding and support.
